Get your tails wagging and your costumes ready — the Howl-o-Ween Pet Pawrade is BACK! Kick off a full day of festive fun by parading your pet through the heart of downtown Mount Holly in their Halloween best. Whether they’re ghoul-ish, silly, or runway-ready, your furry (or feathered or scaled!) friend will love being the star of the show.

⛈️ Rain Date: October 31. In the case of inclement weather, the rain date will be utilized.
Pawrade Guidelines:
• All pets must be leashed or safely contained
• Current vaccinations required
• No aggressive animals permitted – friendly, social pets only
• Pets must be comfortable in a loud, energetic environment
• Please clean up after your pet
• Handlers must be 16+ and in control of the pet
• No pet? No problem! Bring your favorite stuffed animal and join the fun!
Ticket Policy:
Your ticket purchase helps us bring this community event to life and a portion of proceeds supports Hissy Hut, a Mount Holly-based cat adoption center under Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter — so every paw in the parade helps a pet in need. Tickets are considered donations and are non-refundable. We appreciate your generosity and understanding!

Release of Liability / Hold Harmless Agreement:
By purchasing a ticket for and/or participating in the Howl-o-Ween Pet Pawrade and Mount Holly Fall Fest (the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to assume full responsibility for yourself, any minors in your care, and any animal(s) under your care or supervision. You hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and any affiliated individuals or organizations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, injuries, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to your participation in or attendance at the Event.
By attending and/or participating, you further affirm that any animal under your care or supervision is up to date on all required vaccinations and that you are able and willing to provide proof of vaccination when requested. All animals must be leashed or securely contained and under control at all times. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the behavior and safety of any animal under your supervision. Participation is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.
