Need a great meal? Consider dining at the Vaulted Cuisine of Rowan College at Burlington County Mount Holly Campus. Your experience will allow our culinary students to encounter real-world scenarios and situations with restaurant operations. The 3-course menus are carefully prepared by our Chef in conjunction with our college students enrolled in the program. After the meal, you are given a chance to evaluate our culinary and hospitality restaurant service. Your evaluation and critique of the students’ performances with the cuisine and service are valuable to us we plan future opportunities to dine in our restaurant setting.
