Competition Start Times 8:30 and 10:30 am – Candidates check in 7:45 and 9:30 AM
The competition will be held at The Culinary Center at Rowan College, Burlington Campus in Mount Holly New Jersey Maximum of 24 competitors $10.00 Candidate Entrance Fee
Student competitors will be required to develop, create in advance and provide a blank shopping list and a list of ingredients that will be available through us. All shopping lists forms and recipes must be supplied to ACF Philadelphia by March 25th, 2024.
