Transformation Strategy Visits with Indiana Main Street

Transformation strategies are a powerful tool to help Main Streets identify, utilize, and promote their unique assets. Main Street America works with Coordinating Programs to provide training to help them support their local Main Street programs in identifying and implementing their unique transformation strategies. Recently, Program Officer Jackie Swihart sat down with Abby Huff at Indiana Main Street to talk about their experience with transformation strategy
workshops.
