ROWAN UNIVERSITY ENGINEERING STUDENTS MEASURE RANCOCAS CREEK TIDEWATER

Burlington County College at Rowan University Environmental Science students checking out natural history in downtown Mt. Holly. They explored the oxbow of the Rancocas Creek tidewaters as it wounds around town. Rowan University Engineering Students measured tidewater, current velocity, speeds at Mill Dam and got a tour from the ‘ole snake during the kayak paddle. John Anderson, owner of Pathways Nature Center Without Walls and a Ceiling of Sky Kayak Launch hosted this learning excursion.
